Distance Healing — Will It Work For Free?

Before I give you an easy way of doing it, first, in short, what is distance healing? Energy is transmitted through mental focus to heal others at a distance.

First of all life force energy, like reiki or WhiteLight Self-Empowerment, is not held by time and space. Thus, when you concentrate enough with the desire to heal others you will become a channel for the healing energy. A person can be healed or relieved from pain by sending life force energy from a distance, the recipient does not need to be present. A cosmic battery can be created too. In it this life-force energy is stored for those who need it when it is most convenient for them to get it.

To send people a distance healing, here is a simple way, without attunements or symbols, to do it:

Find a place in your home where you can relax and become quiet. Sit up straight, but comfortable, legs uncrossed, then close your eyes, and become clam.

Imagine a white energy orb appearing at your crown chakra, you see yourself inside of it. When you have this image firmly in your mind, take a deep breath, and as you inhale see yourself in that energy orb traveling through all of your chakras, opening and activating them, as the orb descends beyond your root chakra into the earth.

This is what you have to do: as you exhale see yourself in that orb, going back up through your chakras, up through the 7 levels of reality, up to the highest level, where there is the power of divine creation. This 7th level is filled with white light. Now your white energy orb should melt into this light. So as you are inhaling, imagine yourself descending. Then, as you descend back down into your body, take a beam of this life force energy with you.

Focus on the person you want to

send the distance healing to as you exhale. When you have that person firmly in your mind, focus that beam of divine life force energy you retrieved from the highest level, toward that person, and keep channeling it until you feel the healing is done.
