Overcoming social anxiety by knowing fear

If you’re uncomfortable in social situations you may well be being affected by social fear or even social anxiety. Most people will suffer from some kind of anxiety in the course of their lives. If you are anything like I was you experience it virtually every single day no matter whom you are with.
There are many different degrees of social anxiety, some individuals might be okay when they are strolling down the street however put that same individual in the middle of a pub and suddenly they become an anxious wreck. When conducting my study on overcoming social anxiety the main factor that made it easier for me to find out the fact about my anxiety is that it’s not something you are born with meaning it isn’t genetic so it is some thing which can be overcome.
Anxiety generally strikes people when they think that they could do something humiliating when in front of others. They believe that others are judging them in a negative manner as a consequence of something they said or did or are planning to say or do. Seeing life this way isn’t just an unpleasant way to exist, in addition, it can hold you back in areas of your life you would normally surpass in. It can lead to loneliness, isolation and the feeling that nobody is ever going to understand you.
The first stage in overcoming social anxiety is admitting to yourself that something is not right ınstead of pushing it to the back of your mind. When I got to this particular phase I looked everywhere on the net to discover a way overcoming social anxiety. That’s when I happened apon some info that basically changed my life and this is what I would like to share that with you today.
Anxiety is caused when the body’s fight or flight response is activated, this response is due to you experiencing fear on the base level. For example, When I used to enter a celebration and not observe anyone I know I used to think oh my god what I am going to do – Which approximately means I fear being around people I don’t know.
